Job Description:
A company is looking for a Creative Lead - Marcomms to shape and
elevate the creative direction of its Marketing Department.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative vision for multiple projects, ensuring alignment
with brand objectives
Conceptualize and manage video production from pre-production to
final delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to storyboard concepts and
visualize ideas
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a Creative Lead or senior creative role with a
strong portfolio
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects,
Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong knowledge of composition, color theory, and storytelling
techniques
Demonstrated experience leading multi-faceted creative projects in
a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with video production workflows and optimization for
various platforms
