Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Engineer II IS - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with engineering team members to support personal and
team growth
Collects metrics to support service intelligence analysis and
ensures production solutions are reliable and monitored
Performs advanced troubleshooting and identifies solutions for
service issues to restore service with minimal disruption
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science,
Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience
2 years of related experience
Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery
processes
Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling
Ability to simulate service outages for point solutions and
platforms
