Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, CRM Salesforce, to
lead the implementation and integration of their Salesforce CRM
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Salesforce CRM technology strategy to
support sales goals
Oversee the end-to-end implementation and integration of Salesforce
with internal systems
Build and lead a high-performing team of Salesforce professionals
while optimizing sales processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field (Master's preferred)
12+ years of related experience, with at least 5 years in
Salesforce
Proven experience in leading Salesforce implementations in large
organizations
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and
relevant technologies
Strong understanding of sales processes and reporting
