Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate Brand Manager for
the BFY Chocolate Portfolio Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of the 3Y and annual planning process for
the BFY Chocolate Portfolio
Develop actionable insights from market data and consumer research
to identify opportunities and risks
Lead commercialization of projects through the stage gate process,
ensuring timely delivery and alignment with financial goals
Required Qualifications
MBA or equivalent marketplace experience
At least 3 years of related work experience
Superior leadership skills and overall business knowledge
Outstanding analytical abilities and strategic thinking
Self-starter with a high degree of personal initiative
