You'll also be responsible for budget planning, policy development, and fostering a professional, collaborative culture within your team.
Ideal candidates will bring a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, with at least five years of healthcare-related plant operations leadership. Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) credentials are preferred, alongside expertise in automated building systems, project management, and compliance standards. Strong communication and team-building skills are essential.
