play: We're searching for superstar Family Nurse Practitioners and
Physician Associates in the Pembroke area to join our team. You'll
be using your top-notch skills to deliver fantastic care and create
unforgettable patient experiences. Every day will be different, so
get ready to put your problem-solving skills to the test! Here's
who we're looking for: A licensed FNP or PA in North Carolina with
2+ years of APP experience (this one's a must-have!) Someone who
can work independently with a supportive team behind them A passion
for urgent care and a love of working with a team that puts
patients first Someone who can build bridges between clinical and
non-clinical staff (because communication is key!) Great judgment
on knowing when to consult a supervising physician A flexible team
player who goes the extra mile for patients A willingness to wear
many hats (that's the nature of the urgent care world!) DOT
Examiners Certification is a plus but not required. We are willing
to cover the training cost for the right candidate who is motivated
to obtain their certification within the first 6 weeks of
employment. The nitty-gritty: Shifts will be scheduled in 12-hour
increments to accommodate patient needs, with an anticipated volume
of 3-4 patients per hour Weekend rotation is typically every other
to every 3rd weekend (so you'll have plenty of time for fun outside
of work too!). We're open Monday through Saturday (8am-8pm) and
Sundays (9am-6pm). We're also open most holidays except
