Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join their
Medical Management/Health Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Define and develop standard and custom formularies for assigned
plans
Monitor prior authorization requests and provide clinical support
to internal departments
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the pharmacy
department and programs impacting DUR
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (Pharm.D., M.S.) in
pharmacy
2+ years of experience in mail order, retail, hospital, or managed
care pharmacy, or 1+ years of pharmacy residency experience
Current state's Pharmacist license with no restrictions
