Job Description:
A company is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse
Practitioner in Vermont.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial mental health evaluations and develop treatment
plans
Provide medication management and supportive therapy to
patients
Utilize technology for patient care, including an integrated EMR
system
Required Qualifications
Board Certified by the ANCC as a PMHNP
A minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience as a PMHNP,
preferably in telehealth
Ability to obtain and maintain an active and unrestricted license
and DEA number
Experience with electronic medical record systems
Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health
care
