Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to assist their
legal team on a near full-time contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Provide commercial support by drafting customer contract templates
and negotiating agreements
Collaborate closely with product and regulatory counsel
Manage competing demands while delivering creative
business-oriented solutions
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in commercial law
Experience in the regulated financial sector is preferred
Law degree from an established university and appropriate bar
admission in good standing
Strong collaborative and leadership skills
Proven ability to interact and influence across various functional
skillsets and seniority levels
