There is always room for growth and opportunity within our expanding company and we need you!Job Summary: Sell service repairs and maintenance, sell spare and replacement parts for compact equipment and attachments while providing excellent customer service.Parts Counter: balance money drawer, print invoices, answer telephone promptly, look up, locate and stock partsDemonstrate safety knowledge and skills, use Aspen accounting software and Bobcat parts systemsProvide an excellent experience for customers and achieve personal and store sales goals and objectivesMaintain a clean work area, including but not limited to bathrooms, work station, and lobby areaAssist in maintaining store inventory processes, including putting away truck deliveriesGenerate service revenue by scheduling and tracking timely repairs for rental and customer equipmentProvide cost and time estimates and updates to customers, assist with processing warranty claimsRequirements:Minimum of 1 year service and maintenance experienceHas a good understanding of Bobcat maintenance requirements and typical repairsEffective communication skills - both written and oralGood conflict resolution skillsAn understanding of business managementValid driver's licensePI83ddf3265393-25660-36169104
