Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCS Product Support Specialist to
serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing
inquiries related to software and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Document customer interactions and provide solutions by identifying
and researching problems
Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot software, hardware, and
network issues
Write technical documentation for software repairs and
enhancements
Required Qualifications
Experience in Radio automation software and a background in Radio,
IT, or Engineering environments
Knowledge of broadcast software such as GSelector, Zetta, or NexGen
is highly desirable
Prior customer service experience is preferred
Proficiency in networking technologies, Microsoft Windows, and
Microsoft SQL Server
Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus
