Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to support the
administration of employee benefits for its U.S. workforce and
assist with HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance
and retirement plans
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits
inquiries and support
Coordinate the annual benefits open enrollment process and develop
communication materials
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration
Basic knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and HR practices
Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms
is a plus
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management
abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
environment
