• Employment Type: Travel**IMPORTANT NOTE! - This is a MEDICAL OVERFLOW FLOAT POOL. Traveler will experience patients from ALL levels of acuity ranging from ICU to MS. In the event there are no patients, traveler could be floated to another dept or campus if needed. Traveler may also float to the ED to task. Patient Ratios are 1:6**CANDIDATES WILL INTERVIEW!3x12s, Days, 7a-7pFriday - SundayMinimum 2 yrs experience required. TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.*BLS, ACLS required.*Previous Charge exp preferred.*Ratios 1:4Patient Diagnoses: Respiratory failure, post-cardiac arrest, severe sepsis, CHF, arrhythmias, seizure epilepsy, GI bleed, overdose, post-surgical monitoring, congestive heart failure, pulmonary emboli, drug overdoses, cardiac arrythmias. Also included would be patients requiring complicated medical and ventilator management. Low volume populations include patients with unstable angina, cerebral vascular accidents, and DKA.cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation, pharmacological support, and interventions in case of respiratory or cardiac arrestPlanet Healthcare Job ID #1-2778601.
