    • 40 Hour weekly Guarantee
      
    • Positions Open: 2
      
    • Evening Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM
      
    • Rotating Weekends - required
      
    • EHR: Point Click Care
      
    • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CHF, Renal Disease, Dialysis, Diabetes, Post-surgical (femur fractures, hip fractures, abdominal surgeries, amputations), Dementia, Chronic Wounds, Stroke, UTI
      
      Requirements:
      
      
      • 
        
      • Active Unrestricted NC License
        
      • Must have at least 1 year experience in LTC/SNF
        
      • BLS via American Heart Association - required
        
      • Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
        
      • Must Have Skills/Experience: Medication administration, Vital sign interpretation
        
      • Preferred Skillset/Experience: PCC, Tube Feed Administration, IV Medication Administration, Nebulizer Administration
        
      • Personality Fit: Friendly, able to communicate with coworkers and residents, dependable, accountability
