Responsibilities : Perform welding tasks using various methods including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core Manage tasks independently while ensuring consistent attention to detail and timely completion Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications and layout Weld and assemble metal structures, frames, or components in compliance with safety and quality standards Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and durability Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working order Work collaboratively in and out of the shop and with other trades to complete projects on time Follow safety guidelines and wear proper protective equipment Exhibit a high standard of maturity and professionalism in all interactions Requirements : Proven experience as a welder, with a strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment. Certification in welding (such as AWS or similar) is a plus. Solid understanding of safety procedures and standards. Strong attention to detail and precision. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
