The ideal candidate will have an established background in plumbing and fire protection engineering, experience with Revit and AutoCAD 3D modeling and design, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Qualifications:
    • Professional Engineers (PE) License or ability to obtain a license
    • 10+ years of plumbing design for commercial projects
    • Comfortable reading and understanding construction documents (plans and specifications)

      • Design plumbing systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads.
      • Develop project specifications and perform site evaluations.
      • Attend meetings with clients and project teams.
      • Develop contract drawings from Schematics through Construction Documents.
      • Prepare system designs, plans and permit drawings.
