Analyst to join their Marketplace Team, focusing on data analysis

Key Responsibilities:
Create and analyze reports on customer insights and performance

Identify opportunities for improving the customer journey through
data-driven analysis
Participate in team meetings to present actionable recommendations
for enhancing customer experience
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce customer service management with a
focus on analytics
Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel and reporting
platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex
data
Experience with customer journey mapping and improving customer
lifecycle
Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer
satisfaction
