Project Manager to join our growing team.JOB SUMMARY:The Project
Manager will oversee several federal and/or MACC (Multiple Award
Construction Contract) construction projects. This role is aware,
available and engaged in the business interests of Brawley and
understands that the Brawley brand is dependent upon the quality
and ongoing development of all construction personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:-- 5-10 years' experience in federal/commercial
construction preferred.-- A bachelor's degree in engineering,
technical discipline or construction management preferred.-- 2
years' experience in Department of Defense projects, preferably
MACC contracts. -- Proven success in project management,
estimating, negotiations, planning, budget development, and
strategic planning.-- Knowledge of Federal Construction
requirements and processes.-- Ability and willingness to travel to
various locations as required.-- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel,
Outlook, Procore PM Software, Sage 100 or equivalent. SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITIES:-- May oversee the daily workflow of Project
Accounting, Contracts, Field Operations, and Estimating.-- May
assist with financial allocations and reconciliation of accounts
for projects.DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:-- Directs the purchasing,
delivering, executing and closing of projects.-- Ensures attainment
of financial and operational goals. -- Works with clients,
sub-contractors and suppliers to determine scope of work
requirements. -- Assembles teams of sub-contractors to properly
construct projects.-- Coordinates and verifies scopes of work.--
Works with the Contracts Specialist to ensure purchase orders and
subcontracts support project plans.-- Oversees project change
control processes. -- Works with the QC/Safety Leader to ensure
project quality and safety.-- Identifies issues and risks;
collaborates with team members on approaches to minimize and
mitigate. -- Reports project status and ensures project contracts,
budgets, costs, and change orders are accurately reflected in SAGE.
-- Defines project management plans per Division 1
specifications.-- Prepares monthly payment applications. -- Submits
progress reports to management. -- Ensures invoices are submitted
per contract requirements.-- Ensures sub-contractors scope is
controlled through scope review.-- Creates budgets and manages
budgeted cost to actual expenditures.-- Creates and manages work
breakdown structures and schedules via scheduling consultant.--
Manages and supervises project team resources such as
Superintendents, QC Manager, and Site Safety and Health Officer. --
Drives the final punch list and project completion documentation.--
Ensures payment applications are submitted in a timely manner and
payments are received. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: -- Excellent

confidentiality.-- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn
