Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support for application administration and configuration issues
Develop a thorough understanding of cloud-based software to aid long-term care processes
Resolve technical issues through log analysis, research, and collaboration with the team


Required Qualifications

Secondary Degree in Progress or Completed
Understanding of business processes in long-term care or medical facilities
Experience supporting and troubleshooting web-based software applications
Familiarity with diagnostic tools for resolving customer issues is preferred
High level of customer focus and empathy
