Job Description:
A company is looking for an EAP Worklife Analyst for the
Medicare Team on the afternoon shift.
Key Responsibilities
Assess resource needs and research potential community service
providers
Provide resource referrals and educate individuals on utilizing
resources for various life situations
Document member interactions and fulfill research/case requirements
in the system
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience educating individuals/families on community
resources
1+ year of experience working with elderly or adults with
disabilities
1+ year of experience in social work, social services, or case
management
1+ year of experience conducting resource needs assessments
Broadband or Fiber internet access with specific speed
requirements
