Accentuate Staffing is assisting a client of ours in the Rockingham, NC area recruit for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. This is an indefinite contract opportunity working a 12 hour Dupont shift.

Responsibilities:

Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and performing repairs on all plant equipment
Mechanic will maintain 24vdc to13.8kv electrical equipment, as well as mechanical systems, instrumentation, and control systems
Mechanic will follow all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

Candidate must have 5 years experience working in an industrial environment or power plant
Candidate must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent, Associate's in Engineering/Industrial Technology or Military Technical School preferred
Candidate must have experience maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, and instrument control systems
Candidate must be familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
Candidate must be comfortable working a 12/hr Dupont shift as well as any overtime required
Candidate must have valid NC Driver's License
Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test
