In search of exceptional salespeople! We're looking for three Outside Sales professionals to join our a team at Leap Windows and Doors in Burlington, North Carolina. This could be your chance to make a serious impact on people's homes and your own career.

Your mission? To deliver exceptional customer service, close deals, and help our company reach new heights.



We've got a competitive salary package waiting for you, earning from $80,000 to more than $165,000 annually. Plus, you'll be part of a family-owned business that gives back to the community and values their employee.



About the travel: You'll need to be up for local trips within the Greater Triad and Triangle areas, but we won't ask you to spend nights away from home. High growth potential, some Saturday work required.

Qualifications:
What is Expected:
--- 3+ years of outside sales experience
--- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
--- Unwavering, high level of integrity
--- Ability to retain and adapt information quickly
--- Extremely comfortable with new technology
--- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
