Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Telemetry Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift, 12 Hours (7 AM - 7 PM) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, 3 shifts/week Experience: Minimum of 2 years required in Telemetry specialty License: Registered Nurse License required Certifications: List of certifications with expiration dates required Must-Have: - Registered Nurse License - Two years of experience in Telemetry - Flexible with floating to areas within acuity - Ability to work every other weekend and holidays Job Description: - Participate in patient care by assessing, planning, and providing care according to hospital policies. - Collaborate with Nurse Managers and other healthcare professionals to meet the needs of patients. - Conduct voice advantage interviews and screenings as required. - Ensure compliance with all hospital and unit-specific policies and procedures. - Contribute to a team-oriented environment through strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt to bi-weekly start dates and comply with all compliance requirements within 4-6 weeks. - Engage in continuous learning and development activities. This role requires a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced Telemetry unit. Candidates must demonstrate excellent clinical skills and flexibility in adjusting to various shifts, while maintaining compliance with hospital standards.
