The Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity for a
Senior Recruiter to act as a consultative talent partner to
designated business unit(s) in achieving their "go-to-market" and
acquisition strategies. This role focuses on recruitment for the
North America organization, managing requisitions, and providing
exceptional client support. The Senior Recruiter will play a key
role in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative
recruiting strategies to meet the business's talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Attract and cultivate a strong pool of qualified candidates for
current and future positions.
Serve as a recruitment partner for assigned business unit(s).
Conduct pre-screening interviews and collaborate with team members
on sourcing strategies.
Manage open job requisitions, update SuccessFactors ATS, and track
key recruiting metrics.
Provide detailed industry insights, market trends, and knowledge
sharing with team members and business leaders.
Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and company
policies.
Facilitate candidate review meetings, document feedback, and
maintain compliance standards.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR Directors, and
senior leadership to support staffing needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required (relevant experience/certification may
be considered).
6+ years of Human Resources experience with at least 4 years in
full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proven ability to develop proactive recruiting and sourcing
strategies.
Experience managing data, analyzing trends, and tracking
metrics.
Demonstrated ability to address and challenge manager assumptions
constructively.
Effective in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence
in clients.
Familiarity with headcount forecasting and workforce planning.
Expertise in advanced internet recruitment and functional
assessments.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal/state employment
legislation.
Experience with SuccessFactors ATS (or similar).
Preferred: Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment
experience.
Bonus: Commercial recruiting experience.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi
Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position
(compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several
factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's
qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end
client requirements).
